Graduated lawyer from the Catholic Pontifical University of Peru. Also possessing a Master in Tourism Business Administration from the ‘Instituto de Empresa de Madrid’ and a degree in Public Management for the Achievement of Results from the ‘Escuela de Gerencia Continental’.

 Liz Chirinos has an extensive experience in public management as well as in managing international cooperation projects as well as in dialogue between the various actors of international cooperation and the partner countries benefiting from this assistance.

 Throughout her career, she has made decisions and taken on responsibilities in determining the skills and functions of the tourism sector.
